Does this look like a rose??Well, it is a kind of vegetable.. But I don't know what it all in english... Even in chinese also I don't know how to write it.. Haha... It is the first time I see this type of vegetable.. But don't know why, it grow and look similar to a rose... So, I call it as "rose vege". Haha... The size is around 2 palm big. But when you cook it, it shrink!!
That's how it look after my mom cook it...But the taste is great... This style is 1 of my sis favourite dish... Haha... Not mine...
