Degree Showcase Work in Progress - Part 1

This is the first time I do tracing using Photoshop. So far, I think still acceptable (although not filled in colour yet).

Degree Showcase (Mirai Theme)

On this November, my course will be having a degree showcase for 1 of our subject, Digital Creativity Digital Futures (DCDF) in college. This is consider as our coursework where we have to come out with different types of multimedia media in promoting a product and ourself as well. So, I have decided on using Mirai Suenaga and Moekana as my theme and product to promote in my degree show later in late November.

The idea already being accepted by my lecturer as I tell her about what I plan to do. First of all, we are given 2 A1 sized foam board to paste our posters on and a computer to show our audience what we have done (might be a website or a flash -something which moved). Then, we have to display our name card on the table. My lecturer said "Try to make a name card which is not a rectangular shaped card. It's too common. Make something different if can". Therefore, there are only 3 main things which are needed during the show. Additional stuffs are optional.

I have decided on doing things as below:
(i) short flash about Moekana and use Sukirai as the background music
(ii) name card with Moekana "Hinomaru" but the Japan flag was replaced by "よこうそ" (yokouso) which means "Welcome" in Japanese and the back of the name card will be details about me. Mostly will be 3" height.
(iii) Mirai-chan plushie
(iv) Mirai in winter uniform cosplay (I will be cosplay as Mirai this time)
(v) postcards with Moekana "Fujisan" illustration
(vi) "Mirai Millennium" foam board and Mirai foam board stick on the front of the computer (might ask for another foam board to put Mirai Suenaga (the one she was sitting where all the buildings at her back) together with both ""Mirai Millennium" and "Mirai" on the same foam board for the computer)
(vii) Poster wise, not really decided on using which illustrations yet because not able to find a HD resolution (for both Moekana and Mirai illustration).
(viii) few Moekana, card sleeves for display
(ix) a stand show "Mirai Nendoroid on sale now" with real Mirai Nendoroid photo

And of course, I will place a orange table cloth before I put all those things. I will hide the keyboard and mouse behind the foam board. Just don't want students to have too many hands until lost something. Beside, my lecturer said "Make sure your things are for display only and don't allow the students to take your things." This is the reason why I am not going to display Mirai figma (although I got 1 at home). She said this as well "You are not allowed to use the original illustrations but you can trace them and use them as your work". Which meas I have to use Photoshop to do the tracing for all the posters I am going to make. @-@

Out of so many things, there are only few things I am currently in the process of completing. 

This is the front of my name card. It will be appear as the shape. Not the rectangular shape. 

This will be the back of my nae card where my details will be there. The orange part will be cut out (except for my details)

Other still in the process. Hope to finish them as soon as possible because the showcase fall on 27th November 2012 in SEGi College Kuala Lumpur (my current college). Although the location for the showcase still not decided and yet to be confirmed, the time for the showcase is from 9am to 5pm.

Hope I can get more illustrations from Mr Danny Choo for this showcase so I could get good marks and successfully promote both Mirai Suenaga and Moekana in my college.

Arirang K-Pop Zone

Today listen to K-Pop Zone in Arirang channel making me want to kill the player.. Feel like crying because can't even listen to what DJ Young said.. But at the end, I won myself a k-pop CD from K-Pop Zone~ Thanks to DJ Young who picked me~ Now, I really curious on what CD I will get... Hehe... Well, DJ Young noticed me in tweeter~ Haha... I kacau him 1st~ Hehe...

Arirang MIDDAY BREAK~

Today's MIDDAY BREAK with Isak was really shocking.. She mentioned my name as the DJ of the day~ Well, she just picked few song request from listeners and play those songs... But this is the first time I heard my name was being mentioned in the radio at Korea~ ^^ Kamsahamnida, Isak unnie~

Yesterday I went back with my brother... Today also went back with him... Yesterday met with "him" when I was on the way out from entrance... I look at him just to say bye and he look at me and give me a smile... What does his smile mean?? Never mind la... Got meaning or not, I don't think anything will change lor... We are just friends... Not more than friends... Every time also I start the conversation.... Haiz...

Now, I know how "poisoned" are the Girls' Generation's songs at 6th floor's staffroom... Mr. Rafiez and my brother are just the same... Just can't believe that Mr. Rafiez don't know that I actually remembered Girls' Generation's songs lyrics... Haha... And today is the first time I'm singing at the Ground Floor (lobby) of SEGi College... Err... Not alone that time... I believe the people or counselor there looking and heard that I'm singing... Haha... While walking la... Going back ma... Sing song also cannot meh...

Today met Terrence... Well, just the time I'm going out to buy my lunch with Janey, Terrence sat at the entrance with 2 more student council member... But he is the one sitting facing the main road... I noticed that was him that time but I didn't call him or anything... But when I wanted to go and buy soya bean, I thought of getting 1 for him also since he is here... I messaged him and asked him whether he want to drink or not and it's my treat but he replied me when I was on the way back to office.. Then, he still sitting there on the entrance, he seems happy because got people treat him a drink.. But I asked him to walk together with me to the stall at Lebuh Ampang... He still want to bully me... Haiz... But OK also la... Get to joke and know about him a little bit... ^^

But he say I work here but seems so free because can walk to Lebuh Ampang just for a drink.... (=.=")

Hello, everyone~ How are you today?? I've been very tired... Whole day walking here and there taking and giving documents for the MQA visit tomorrow and Thursday... Looks like tomorrow and Thursday have to be well dressed up... Huhu... Cannot simply wear liao... But only for these 2 days I will be very nice to everyone... After the MQA people leave, I will back to normal~ ☆-( ^-ﾟ)v

Today, I saw Terrence when I'm on my way out of Mr. Rajan's printing room... He was in the lift... First of all I didn't notice... I thought of entering the lift but I didn't because I saw the lift was kind of full and that's why I didn't get in... But actually still can be fit few people in... When I was at the staircase, the lift open again and he saw me... Both of our expression are the same and his are funny to me... That is because both of us feel like "where I see you before" and "ah... it's you.." style... That's why I found it funny... Cute la... But don't know when I will get his number leh?? Got quite a lot of things to ask him... Hehe.... Terrence... (*^.^*)

By the way, today I met "him" again... I messaged him but he didn't reply me... (｀×´)\ At the end when I want to go back, saw him helping the students.. Then co-incidentally walk by his side leh... (≧▽≦) Very happy and I slightly hit on his shoulder and he just say 2 word to me.. "Eh?! Hello.." and then leave liao... Haiz... Thought can talk to him more but looks like we can't... I don't know why I just can't chat with guys if want me to find a topic to chat... Why can't they ask me thing rather than leaving me to talk all the time?? And say I'm talkative... Talk nonstop... Haiz... (*v.v)｡

Just hope tomorrow will be a better day for me... Can't wait to meet Terrence...

Sssooooooo boring!!! Finally got a little work from Kak Rina... But don't think these work will last long since I complete it quite fast...

Suddenly feel like I'm missing him a lot!!!! How?? What can I do?? Call him?? No... I not able to do that... Not enough courage to give him a call yet...

Got to chat with him when I was about time to leave office... And I finally got his name card~ Can disturb him on phone already~ ^^

This will be the first time I talk to him... After I check out of work, I find him on his work place... At first, I thought he was on the phone... I said in my heart, "If he was on the phone, then don't want disturb him and just get his name card and leave".. But when I was on the way out, he put down d phone and he looked like wanted to call again... I go n knock on the table and he look at me and give me his name card... ^^

And I found out that in February exam, he not only got 1 paper... He actually got 3... But why that day he told me he got 1 paper leh?? Perhaps he forgot?? Nevermind la... Not important anymore...

I asked him many things.. I just can't believe that he will say "kidding" to me when I say "If suddenly I tell you that I like you and what you say? I got nothing to attract you, so don't like me"... I really don't know what to say already la.. It looks like he just don't want me to like him or something like that...

6 Hours of Invigilation

For the first time, I went for invigilation for 6 hours... Usually I just went for release only... For about 15 to 20 minutes... But this time onwards, I will be invigilating~ Nice experience... Since I was a student not long ago, I at least know students' behavior during exam... But luckily no copy case... If not, I really don't know how to handle them... I guess I will be calling exam department and ask for help... Haha...

UAD Invigilation

This morning I was asked to invigilate University of Abertay Dundee (UAD) students class test... I'm sure that in that exam room, I am the youngest among all the students... I thought this will be a very bored invigilation... Got a student named Matthew kacau me after exam.. He keep telling me his name and asked me mine as well.. I at last told him when I was on my way down the stairs... But I'm sure after this both of us will not be meeting with each other...

A nice experience... For all these while, I never had students talked to me wanting to know me... Good... Good... It's a good start~ But too bad I will leave SEGi after June 2010... Definitely miss many things here especially him~ Not this Matthew I'm talking here...

Exam Department Lunch

Yesterday we had our department lunch at the vegetarian restaurant opposite SEGi Library block... The food was nice and everyone of us had a very full lunch... Everyone full until can't move anymore except me.. I still feel like munching something even after the lunch... All of them say I'm crazy girl when I say I still can eat because everyone saw I eat a lot there...

I think I start to like Exam Department in SEGi now~ All the staff are really nice and funny~ They even celebrate events together~ So nice~ Love all of u~

Today is Agnes's last day working in SEGi KL exam department... She will be going to continue her studies... That's why she leave us... I almost cry when she was saying goodbye and hugging to each and everyone of us.. Definitely will miss her a lot because she is the main reason our department is lively...

For the first time I'm working and I have to face this farewell...
